Canons Wharf Funds secured for transformation

A GRADE-II listed waterfront estate on Bristol's Harbourside is set to be transformed after securing £74 million.

Canons Wharf includes the site of Lloyds Banking Group's former regional HQ - one of the most recognisable properties in the city.
Puma Property Finance provided the loan to a joint venture between Mactaggart Family & Partners and Kinrise to support the redevelopment works.
Under the proposals, the Canons Wharf scheme will deliver 165,000 sq ft of office space across two buildings with Harbourside views and 18,000 sq ft of food and drink space overlooking the Amphitheatre - a waterside public area hosting events throughout the year.
The redevelopment will also feature amenities including a gym, saunas, auditorium, rooftop pavilion, gardens and terraces.
