|Bristol Post
BRISTOL Badgers claimed their BBF AAA division title after sweeping Bracknell Inferno on Sunday at Somerdale Pavilion.

The first game was a close affair which the Badgers took 13-10 after fighting back from a 6-0 deficit.
By the end of the third inning, the Badgers had marched to an 11-7 lead as the offense took command with each player registering a hit.
Mattia Papini, Tim Singiser, Alex Martinson, Carlson Charles and Michael Comport all had multi-hit games while Tom Hollies’ approach at the plate saw him drive in three runs.
Martinson returned to the mound and struck out 10 Bracknell batters over his five innings pitched before handing over to Papini who closed out the game for the Badgers.
