Ambitious Wycombe lead chase to sign Imps’ star O'Connor

WYCOMBE Wanderers are the front runners in the race to sign Lincoln City captain Paudie O'Connor on a free transfer, according to reports.

Football Insider reported that Wycombe are the most likely to sign the 27-year-old at this stage, who has an offer to stay at Lincoln but is considering all avenues at the end of his current contract.
It is believed that a host of clubs in League One and the Championship have at least looked at O'Connor, given that he would be available on a free.
It is more likely that he will leave Lincoln with each passing day.
