Ian Evatt says there needs to be a change of regulations surrounding the appeal process after Blackpool failed to overturn James Husband's red card.
Husband was sent off for a challenge during the 5-1 New Year's Day defeat at Port Vale, with all five of their goals coming after his dismissal.
