Trio fined total of £900 for littering in public spaces

THREE men have been ordered to cough up a combined sum of more than £900 after they were caught littering in the Black Country.
-
Henry Carless, Shakiel Powell and Jake Chad Webb all failed to pay fixed penalty notices issued for depositing and leaving litter in public areas.
As a result, Walsall Council prosecuted them for the littering offences in October last year, resulting in fines for the men.
