CINZANO-GUZZLING, Capri-driving, kimono-wearing teacher Tony Mammoth is back. The sitcom stars Mike Bubbins as the PE teacher who is brought back to life 45 years after being buried in an avalanche on a school skiing trip.

Its initial run was just three episodes but when the audience clamoured for more, the BBC swiftly commissioned their new moustachioed hero for a second and a third series.
"The option was have three episodes or don't have any, so I had three," explains Mike, 53, who plays Tony Mammoth and also writes the show. "Immediately after the three went out they gave us a recommission."
