AS the Sheldon and District Winter League winds down its season a couple of rearranged fixtures have been played off, in the premier league next to bottom of the table EBAHA had a surprising 5-4 win at Raven Arrows who ended their campaign placed third in the division, EBAHA finishing top of the shadow league with eight points, four more than the other three teams in the league Banbury Club, RAFA and Brian’s Flights who all had four points.

Just the one game played in division one which saw third placed Old Salts Darts win their home tie with next to bottom of the division Hunters Moon, 6-3, despite the defeat Hunters Moon moved off the foot of the table having a single leg of average to the good on Hollywood Social Club who took the wooden spoon.

There were two fixtures played in division two, Lyndon Old Boys winning 7-2 against Maggies to see them move up from second place to finish top of the table with 22 points, two more than Raven as they finished as runners-up following their 5-4 win away to former leaders Moseley All Services Club who ended their season placed third on the same 20 points as Raven but with one leg of average fewer than their opponents.

The Harborne and District League are up to game 21 of a scheduled 28 games and the latest round of fixtures had no impact on the league's top six teams. Northfield Conservative Club consolidated their pole position handing out a 9-0 whitewash to their hosts, bottom of the table Windsor Complex, to keep them four points ahead of both Copper Fox ‘R’ and Northfield Darts Club, Copper Fox ‘R’ winning their home game with Weoley Castle WMC 8-1 and Northfield Darts Club having a 6-3 success at home over Bournville. Copper Fox ‘M' are third, they won 7-2 at Thimble Mill to put them on 36 points and although two points short of the two teams directly above them, they do have a game in hand.

There was just the one maximum scored in the league this week and that came from Northfield Conservative Club player C.Steadman.

It was cup week in the Kings Norton League, first the League Cup Top Half semi-finals in which Toby Jug had a 13-8 victory against Dingle and Greenlands had a narrow margin 11-10 win over Kings Norton Flights.
