SOLIHULL could see over 200 new affordable, low-energy homes as part of a major project over the next 12 years.

Developers Muse announced plans for a site of 228 new 'Habiko' homes in the town in collaboration with Pension Insurance Corporation and Homes England, with the proposal set to sit within the wider Holbeche Place plans approved by Solihull Council earlier this month.
