WOLVES star Mateus Mane is hoping to impress new head coach Rob Edwards after earning more minutes against Chelsea.
The promising young forward came on for the final 20 minutes in the 3-0 loss and is enjoying working with Edwards so far.
Edwards, who left Middlesbrough to be appointed as Vitor Pereira’s successor, takes charge for the first time on Saturday when Crystal Palace visit Molineux.
"It's been going good. He really wants us to push,’ said Mane. “He likes hard workers, he wants us to run, have more intensity on and off the ball.
“He's been really pushing the team to try to get the best out of us, so it’s been good having him here.
