Gunman jailed after shooting victim

A gunman who shot his victim at point blank range after putting GPS trackers on the victim's car has been locked up for more than 30 years.

Leon Haughton, 34, shot the man in a car park in Dudley at around 1.20am on April 6 this year.
CCTV captured the defendant fleeing the scene on foot before getting into his car and driving away.
