Trip to Worthing to start term
July 10, 2025
|Bath Chronicle
Bath City will open their 2025/26 Enterprise National League South campaign at Worthing.
-
The Romans will travel to the Sussex Transport Community Stadium on Saturday, August 9, ko 3pm.
Worthing did the double over City last season, their most recent success a 2-1 victory in March thanks to two Danny Cashman goals after halftime.
Cashman has since departed for Crawley Town as Chris Agutter faces a slight rebuild following a successful first season in charge, with 12 players having departed this summer.
The Rebels finished fourth in 2024/25 but lost out in the playoffs for a third season running, beaten 2-0 at home to Maidstone United in an eliminator.
Maidstone, last year’s losing playoff finalists are City’s final opponents for the upcoming season in the league.
