End of the road for bike workshop

A well-known bike repair and training centre in Bath will close its doors later this year, as the charity behind it grapples with surging costs and declining demand.

Julian House has announced it will shut down its Bike Workshop on Corn Street in October. The decision comes amid what the organisation described as “financial pressures” caused by rising operational costs and a significant hike in National Insurance contributions for employers.
