A dangerous driver has been banned from the roads for a year after attempting to overtake on a busy road - and almost colliding head-on with a lorry.

Shocking dashcam footage shows the moment Emmanuel Sylva, 39, pulled out into oncoming traffic on a bend on the A350 near Semington, Wiltshire, as the lorry was headed straight towards him.
