PP to lead checks on new administration
The People's Party (PP) has announced plans to thoroughly scrutinise the Bhumjaithai-led government during its upcoming policy statement delivery in parliament, focusing on constitutional amendment proposals, alleged Senate vote collusion, and other pressing public concerns.
PP spokesman and list-MP Parit Wacharasindhu said yesterday that, following royal endorsement of the cabinet list, the opposition is preparing to use the policy statement as the first major platform for parliamentary checks and balances.
He noted that the party has divided its scrutiny into four main areas.
