Leaders Buriram United back for more as T1 title charge rolls on
January 04, 2026
|Bangkok Post
»»Leaders Buriram United look to extend their winning streak as the second leg of the 2025-26 Thai League 1 season begins today.
SAMBA IN TOWN: Port's new signing Leonardo Kalil.
Buriram, who are currently on 40 points, 11 ahead of second-placed Ratchaburi, are heading into the match against Prachuap at Sam Aoh Stadium on the back of five successive league wins.
Prachuap, meanwhile, have lost three of their last four games and are in 10th place with 18 points.
Buriram's top scorer Guilherme Bissoli will miss the game after the Brazilian received a two-match ban for elbowing Sukhothai defender Saringkhan Promsuphra in a T1 game a few weeks ago.
Other key players such as Theerathon Bunmathan, Suphanat Mueanta and Supachai Chaided are all available.
