The Constitutional Court is threatening legal action against those who disseminated recordings of the Aug 21 hearing of the case against suspended Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra over her conversation with Cambodian Senate President Hun Sen.

The warning comes after recordings of parts of the hearing, which the court says “misrepresented” the proceedings and “damaged the court's credibility”, began circulating on social media.
