Angadia firm employee fabricated theft story to hide stock market losses from his family
A reported Rs 10 lakh robbery near Geeta Mandir ST bus stand on June 30 proved to be entirely fabricated by the complainant himself, who had lost the money in stock trading.
Kagdapith police uncovered that Shravan Satararam Purohit (25), an Angadia firm employee from Virat Nagar Road, Nikol, concocted the false robbery story to conceal his financial disaster from family members.
