Man accused of rape by wife gets bail

The HC has granted anticipatory bail to a man accused of rape by his wife, observing that the alleged act was consensual and custodial interrogation was unnecessary.

According to case details, the woman had filed a complaint at Mawsari police station in Banaskantha, alleging that her husband had taken her to Ahmedabad and forcibly had sexual intercourse with her.
