BEN TOZER drew up a list of dos and don'ts for his next challenge - and Forest Green Rovers tick all the right boxes.

The 34-year-old has signed for the National League new boys after leaving Wrexham where he was a key part of back-to-back promotions.
Defender Tozer joined the Red Dragons after winning promotion with Cheltenham Town and was a central figure in the Hollywood-backed National League title triumph in 2023 before this season's League Two runners-up finish.
Now the former Plymouth Argyle man has been recruited to help Steve Cotterill's Rovers push for an instant return.
