Haryana is redefining industrial growth with investor-centric policies, cutting-edge digital governance, and infrastructure – making it a top destination for innovation, ease of business, and investment
-
Haryana has rapidly emerged as one of India's leading investment and industrial destinations, driven by robust policy reforms, digital governance, and a progressive approach to the ease of doing business. From streamlining and fast-pacing approvals to promoting advanced infrastructure under PM Gati Shakti, the industry and commerce ecosystem in the state is now founded on transparency, efficiency, and innovation.
In order to institutionalise industrial facilitation, the state set up Haryana Enterprises Promotion Board (HEPB) in February, 2016 under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister. The Board approves customised incentive packages for large-scale projects and ensures timely monitoring of clearances.
Complementing this, the Haryana Enterprise Promotion Centre (HEPC) operates as a single-window clearance system, enabling faster approvals through its digital platform. Since October 2019, over 785 industrial applications have been cleared through the HEPC portal.
An Investor Helpline within HEPC provides real-time support: it has resolved over 1,800 cases, well within the 15-day Public Service Guarantee Act limit. To ensure seamless access, more than 140 industrial services across 25 departments are now available online via a unified portal. It has processed over 6.43 lakh applications out of which 4.79 lakh were successfully delivered.
