With an aggregate of 97.60%, Limasungla Longkumer topped the HSSLC Arts stream examination. The Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) declared the HSSLC results on May 31, 2022.

A jubilant Longkume, while interacting with The Morung Express after the results, said, "It is all thanks to our almighty God. I wouldn’t be in this position without him so all glory and thanks go to him."

A native of Tuli Town, in Mokokchung, Longkumer is the daughter of S Yangermongba Longkumer, and Sunglimongla Imsong.

Limasungla completed her high school at Don Bosco School, Tuli and later on went to Christian Higher Secondary School, Dimapur for her higher secondary.

"My study routine was very consistent throughout the year. I had a goal in mind, so to achieve that I had to work hard. So I was determined to give my best for my Class 12 exams," she further added said.

She told that her biggest support came from her teachers. They motivated and pushed her, she said. Further, Limasungla disclosed that she plans to study Theology at Trinity Theological College.

"I haven’t decided on anything in particular but in my heart, I want to work among the youths," she said.
