Anees Bazmee's upcoming Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 looks set to capitalise on the current popularity of the horror-comedy genre

Over the course of three decades, Anees Bazmee has established himself as the writer-director who knows how to tickle the funny bone. Aankhein, No Entry, the Welcome film series and Singh is Kinng are cases in point. But few knew that he can also create scary set-pieces as Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 (BB2) became one of the biggest hits of 2022. He's back with another part of the popular horror comedy franchise; this time, Kartik Aaryan's Rooh Baba has to contend with the double trouble of Vidya Balan and Madhuri Dixit.
