Another excellent budget sleep tracker is the Amazfit Bip 3 Pro. This cheap tracker’s companion app contains plenty of insight, giving you a sleep score, a simple bar graph to highlight deep sleep cycles, and tells you your average heart rate for the night, too. You can’t use this to monitor for sleep apnea or snoring, and it’s not massively comfortable to sleep in but other than that, its sleep features are solid.
