ALIOTH PALACE TAICHUNG, TAIWAN

Lien Jade has been reshaping Taiwan's concept of luxury residences since 1994.

Its latest development is Alioth Palace in Taichung's 7th District. The 0.6-hectare site is Lien Jade's largest to date. Two 51-storey towers flank a central courtyard garden that's over 0.3 hectares in size. The towers are the tallest in the city and house residences with a grand 14.5m frontage, expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, and a consistent mid-sized layout of 2,207 sq ft per unit.
