1 cup chopped pecans

¾ cup granulated sugar

¾ cup all-purpose flour

6 Tbsp. salted butter, melted

½ tsp. ground cinnamon

5 eggs

1½ cups buttermilk

¾ cup heavy cream

½ cup pure maple syrup

1 tsp. vanilla

¼ tsp. kosher salt

1 16-oz. loaf soft French bread
