TOURISM GETS A BIGGER BUDGET PUSH AS GOA LOOKS TO STRENGTHEN ITS ECONOMIC ENGINE

Goa's tourism sector has received a fresh policy push with the State Budget 2026-27 allocating 385 crore for tourism. The allocation, reported as a 10% increase over the previous year, signals the government's continued focus on strengthening tourism infrastructure, destination promotion and visitor experience.
