All-sapphire watches occupy a unique niche in the world of horology. While not unheard of, they remain a rare breed, largely because of the extraordinary challenges involved in their production. Sapphire, rated at nine on the Mohs scale, is second only to diamond in hardness, making it incredibly durable-but also notoriously difficult to work with. Any deviation in precision, even by a micron, could render the material useless. But the challenge here isn't just in using sapphire; it's in perfecting it.

The brand's signature tonneau-shaped case, with its intricate curves and ergonomic design, requires over 1,000 hours of machining, including 430 hours for shaping and another 350 hours for polishing.
