Not every resale flat requires a complete makeover, but given this home’s whopping 30 years, the owners figured it was high time for an overhaul. The renovation works involved the entire home, including a full change of flooring, complete repainting and the reconfiguration of every single room.
The only spaces in the home where works were kept minimal are the kids’ room and the playroom, providing the flexibility to switch things up in the future when the children are older.
