In a 27th-floor office designed for Vibrant Group India, Sanjay Puri crafts a soaring tribute to sustainability

A corporate office for a real estate developer in a conventional high-rise might sound like a straightforward brief.

But not when Sanjay Puri is involved. As principal architect at his eponymous studio, he decided to steer away from the expected and design something both environmentally mindful and full of relaxed charm - 27 floors above ground. The client, Vibrant Group India, a Mumbai-based real estate firm, came in with their brief, but Sanjay saw an opportunity to tackle a deeper challenge: how to translate the company's eco-conscious values into something you could see and feel.
