Just a tiny peek into Saldanha Vilas will confirm that this is a family home. Vijoy and Sharon George, the owners of this Bengaluru apartment, live here with two young sons (ages four and one), their grandmother and a host of inherited furniture that embodies their shared history. These preserved pieces reflect the IT couple’s emphasis on family values. “I couldn’t get over the ease with which the three generations existed so peacefully within the home,” admires Meera Pyarelal, founder of Temple Town Interiors, based in Thrissur.
