Malibu Cove is, according to the interior designer Azar Fattahi, a 'fantasy world; an unreal place where the gates open onto a private road which you drive down in awe.

And then you get to this house and it's jaw-dropping: hovering over the ocean, looking as much like a yacht as it does a home.'
