Co-owner of The Berry Tea Shop, Paulina Collier, has brewed a beautiful life that's steeped in the comforting ritual of tea

One of Paulina Collier’s favourite places to be is inside The Berry Tea Shop after dark, when the picturesque NSW town of Berry slows down. By day, her retail haven hums with warmth and chatter, but by night it transforms into a quiet sanctuary. “I love being in my store alone at night,” she says. “This is my favourite part of having a business.”

The tea boutique stocks more than 48 loose-leaf varieties. Some come from single-estate growers in China, Sri Lanka, Japan and Australia, while others are hand-blended by Paulina’s team. “Our teas are 100 per cent natural, organic where possible, and of the highest quality,” she says. “They're not sitting on shelves for months – they’re fresh.”
