1. Herb-Rolled Goat Cheese

Finely chop fresh herbs, such as basil, dill, chives, and/or flat-leaf parsley; transfer to a shallow dish or plate. Roll a log of your favorite chèvre in the herb mixture, coating the outside. Garnish with edible flowers, if you like, and serve with crostini and fresh veggies.
