With more than 160 years of operating out of their original weaving building, Amana is passionate about preserving the best of American textile manufacturing and the heritage of impacting the local community, and country, for good. Textiles played an essential role in the success of America, and the small town of Amana was known across the country for its superior woolens. Today, it is the only remaining heritage textile mill in lowa, run by a small group of artisans committed to quality products.
