GLUTE BRIDGES
TARGETS: Your glutes, hamstrings, and core
Lie on your back, knees bent, arms at your sides.
Lift your butt until your knees, hips, and shoulders form a straight line.
Squeeze your tush for 3 seconds, then slowly sink down; before your butt hits the bed, lift it back up and hold again.
Do 10 to 15 times.

TRICEPS DIPS
TARGETS: Your upper arms
Sit on the edge of your bed, feet on the floor.
