The award-winning garden designer Jo Thompson (right) has redesigned and officially reopened the Winter Garden at RHS Garden Rosemoor in Devon - just in time for visitors to explore it as part of this month's festive RHS Glow illuminations.
Jo, who won Gold for her Glasshouse Garden at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show this year, has worked with a team of 35 gardeners over the two-year project. After excavating and crushing 170 tonnes of concrete to recycle as hardcore in the new garden, Jo and her team planted more than 1,600 bulbs, 1,120 herbaceous plants,
