What has been your vision for Hartek since taking the leadership role, and how has it evolved over time?

When I took on leadership, my vision was to make HARTEK a fully integrated power and renewable infrastructure company, spanning power systems up to 765 KV, solar projects where we rank among India's top EPCs, and power distribution products. Over time, this has evolved into Mission 2030—building HARTEK into a Rs10,000 crore company by driving renewables, grid modernization, hybrid projects, storage, and green hydrogen, actively shaping India's energy future.

As CEO of Hartek, how would you describe the company's mission and core values?

At HARTEK, our mission is very simple—Making Your future powerful by building a brighter today. That's really the spirit behind everything we do. Since 1991, we've been working to shape India's energy sector, whether it's connecting over 10 gigawatts of solar to the grid, delivering 200 megawatts in rooftop solar, or building high-voltage infrastructure up to 765 kV across more than 21 states. And what drives us every day are our six core values—safety, integrity, ownership, collaboration, adaptability, and mutual respect. These aren't just words on paper. They define how we work with our teams, with our partners, and with the communities we serve.
