The Louis Vuitton Pre-Fall 2024 collection by the brilliant Nicolas Ghesquière, unveiled at Shanghai’s Long Museum West Bund, showcased enticing patterns coupled with sophisticated silhouettes. The show marked the commencement of a series of “Louis Vuitton Voyager Shows,” an umbrella title that encompasses the pre-fall and cruise collection presentations of the French luxury fashion house all over the world. The inaugural destination show took place at Seoul’s iconic Jamsugyo Bridge last year, setting the stage for Pre-Fall 2023. The decision to present in Shanghai this round wasn’t merely to pay homage to the city’s rich historical and artistic traditions but also to solidify the House’s position on a global level.
