1. HAMMAMAT MA'IN 
Ma'in, Jordan

People rave about Jordan's healing Dead Sea, but no one talks about the therapeutic falls down the road. You can visit the public hot springs, where you'll find waterfalls like the one you see to your left, with a day pass, or stay at the more private Ma'in Hot Springs Resort and Spa if umbrellas and beach loungers are nonnegotiables for you.

2. TERMAS CACHEUTA 
Mendoza, Argentina

Consider this the much chicer and way less chaotic version of Disney's Typhoon Lagoon. Mendoza is basically the Napa of Latin America, so you can book swanky wine tastings before or after taking a trip down the lazy river at the water park or soaking in a thermal stone pool at the spa.
