The police hope there's finally been a break in the case when a woman survives an attack by Peter Sutcliffe in this week's episode of The Long Shadow.
In July 1977, Maureen Long (Clare Burt) was out in Bradford when she was brutally attacked and left for dead after accepting a lift home from the serial killer.
