Former paratrooper Christian Lewis found it so hard to adjust to civilian life after being in the Armed Forces that he embarked on an adventure in August 2017 walking 19,000 miles around the UK coastline.

His journey caught the nation's imagination, helping him raise more than half a million pounds for SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity that helped him when he was at his lowest.
