The Tower Ballroom opens its doors once more as Strictly Come Dancing returns to Blackpool with extra backing dancers, sparklier outfits, massive props and some razzle-dazzle routines from the remaining couples.

‘Blackpool is where all the celebrities want to get to, which makes it extra special, and it’s always such a magnificent show,’ says head judge Shirley Ballas.
