An epic excursion spanning Antarctica to the Arctic beckons for Jane McDonald in her new 5 travelogue Pole to Pole. Travelling by yacht, plane, helicopter and even kayak, the effervescent singer and presenter’s six-part journey of discovery will take her via the Falkland Islands, South Georgia, Uruguay, Brazil, Greece, Italy and Norway. As well as learning about local customs and getting up close to native wildlife, she will, of course, also be performing some musical numbers along the way.
