Following last year's foodie series Tom Kerridge Cooks Britain, Michelin-starred TV chef Tom Kerridge is touring Spain for another ingredient-inspired ITV1 road trip, meeting farmers and food producers and then cooking dishes inspired by his adventures from his trusty food truck.

His six-episode journey takes him from the Bay of Biscay to the citrusgrowing region around Seville and a garlic farm in Spain's remote centre, with dishes ranging from anchovy toasts to his take on paella.

How would you describe the series?

It's a simple celebration of beautiful Spanish produce.
