Following a month of absorbing matches, the champions of Europe will be crowned on Sunday evening at the St Jakob-Park stadium in Basel, Switzerland.

Despite an opening defeat to France, England made it through the group stage as runners-up and Sarina Wiegman's team will have targeted a place in the glittering showpiece as the Lionesses seek to retain the title they won so memorably on home soil in 2022.
