The Buffalo Bills have a reputation for never being good enough. The franchise that lost four Super Bowls in the 1990s is still one of 12 teams that have never won a Lombardi Trophy. Despite earning five straight AFC East championships, the current-era Bills have run into a brick wall (usually in the form of Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs) in the playoffs.
