Tracee Ellis Ross Is Loving the Skin She's In

Since the moment Tracee Ellis Ross live streamed from the shower in September 2019 to unveil her Pattern Beauty brand, she’s redefined what hair care looks like for those with curly, coily and tight textures. But today the founder and co-CEO is taking care of something else: her plants. “I’m watering them,” she says. “I came into my office, and my poor plants look very unhappy.” Ross, 52, has also got another form of care at the top of her mind. Last month she unveiled Pattern Body, featuring a scrub, wash, lotion, oil and cream that deliver the same level of deep hydration from shoulders to toes that her shampoos and stylers do to every strand. The telltale sign that it works? That she uses it. “I don’t change anything, so if I will integrate it into my routine, then I know we have done our job,” she says. Here Ross shares her approach to TLC for her mind and body.
