What are the menu offerings at Healthy Soul?

Healthy Soul is essentially Afro-Asian Hibachi. It’s a mash up of cultural dishes from African cuisine and Asian cuisine. I took my travels and mixed them all together. We offer that at our counter every day inside The Amp at 16 Tech. We also offer private chef, meal prep and catering services as well. The crowd favorites are our house fried rice and our signature hand rolled egg rolls!

What are you most proud of about entrepreneurship?

That I can do it! We get so caught up in having to be a part of the matrix. We’re taught we have to go get a job and work for someone else and they’re going to pay you. You never think you can do it on your own. I’m proud I walked out on faith and did it. I’m proud of the partnerships I’ve gotten to develop with people and they trust me because I do business with integrity.

What has been your biggest challenge in business?
