At lower volumes the sound is decent but crank it up and things really take off

Loewe’s We. HEAR Pro Bluetooth speaker comes in three colourways of which Black is the most subtle, blue Denim the more neutral and Neon green the most striking – even if it might be a bit much for some. Weighing 2.2kg and at a shade under 30cm long, it’s in the middle ground size-wise for this kind of portable speaker.

There are no handles but it does come with a strap you can attach, which you are likely to want to if you plan on carrying its 2.2kg weight around. The speaker is waterproof to IPX6, which means it’s resistant to direct water ingress, but without actually immersing it in water (a swimming pool, say).
