The snack-mosphere is a saturated universe. Whether they're of the regular junk food variety or those pitched as “healthy”, packaged snack options are endless and so are the often-processed ingredients.

That's where Eliana Glover has come to the rescue. With her farming background, expertise in the food industry and health sensibilities in mind, the New Zealand-based managing director of family company FSL Foods has a specific focus on the Goodness Kitchen arm of the business, bringing savvy snackers treats they can trust.

“I'm the next generation coming through,” Eliana tells WHO, explaining that it was her berry-farming parents who started FSL Foods. “Goodness Kitchen launched in 2017 with a focus on premium frozen fruit. Then, I took over in 2021 and my first big play was the Choc Bites.”
